Hey fragrance lovers! Today, I’m spilling the tea on my absolute favorite perfumes that make me feel like a million bucks. Trust me, these scents are total game-changers!
1. Ex Nihilo Fleur Narcotique – My Ultimate Fave!
Okay, let me gush about this one for a sec. Ex Nihilo’s Fleur Narcotique is hands-down my ride-or-die perfume.
Notes:
- Top: Bergamot, Lychee, Peach
- Heart: Jasmine, Peony, Orange Blossom
- Base: Transparent Wood, Moss, Musk
Every single time I wear this, I kid you not, people stop me to ask what I’m wearing. It’s that good! I even had a friend who bought it right after spending a day with me because she loved it so much. Talk about influence, right?
I don’t know how else to describe it other than RICH. It’s fresh, classy, and just oozes luxury. The bergamot gives it this amazing fruity, citrusy vibe with a hint of floral and spice. If you’ve ever had Earl Grey tea, you know that distinctive tart scent? That’s bergamot for you!
What I love most is how it balances the fruity bergamot with those gorgeous floral notes. It’s the perfect mix of feminine and musk. Not too girly, not too manly – just pure sophistication.
2. Kilian Good Girl Gone Bad – My Current Obsession
Right now, I’m vibing hard with Kilian’s Good Girl Gone Bad.
Key notes: Orange Blossom, Osmanthus, Tuberose
As I’m writing this, I’m actually wearing it, and let me tell you, it’s beautiful! It’s like stepping out of a fresh shower but with these subtle sweet undertones that keep it interesting. It’s the kind of scent that makes you feel put together, even if you’re just lounging at home in your PJs.
3. Chanel Coco Mademoiselle – The Trusty Classic
Last but definitely not least, we have Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle. This one’s been in my rotation for years, and for good reason!
Notes:
- Top: Bergamot, Orange, Grapefruit
- Middle: Rose, Litchi, Jasmine
- Base: Patchouli, Vanilla, Musk, Vetiver
Coco Mademoiselle is like that friend who never lets you down. It’s an oldie but a goodie, you know? Interestingly, it shares some similar notes with my beloved Ex Nihilo, but I’d say it leans a lot more feminine.
One thing to note though – on me, Ex Nihilo lasts way longer. But don’t let that stop you from giving Coco Mademoiselle a try. It’s a classic for a reason!
So there you have it, my top three perfumes that make me feel like I’m living the high life. Whether you’re into fresh and balanced scents like Ex Nihilo, sweet and clean like Kilian, or timeless classics like Chanel, there’s something here for everyone. Remember, the best perfume is the one that makes YOU feel amazing. Happy spritzing!
